When items are produced a build assembly is automatically created in QuickBooks.
If there is insuficient Quantity in QuickBooks to build the item or if there are any other issue that prevent the build assembly from being created, the error is listed in the Status column.
Items with errors remain in the list and can be re-imported once the issue is resolved (usually be receiving my inventory). There is a checkbox to filter the list and exclude items that have already been imported.
Double click an inventory build to show the Build Assembly in QuickBooks.
